National security systems (DoD/intelligence) have been migrating under NSA's CNSA 2.0 since 2022. The new civilian-agency deadline compresses what was a 2035 target to 2030-2031, and the FAR Council is required to publish rules requiring covered federal contractors to comply with NIST FIPS post-quantum standards by the same December 2030 date. TitanVault already uses the exact NIST-standardized algorithms this timeline is built around: ML-KEM-768 (FIPS 203) for key exchange, hybridized with X25519, and ML-DSA-65 (FIPS 204) for signatures.
